Do you have a store?

We are in e-commerce business with a virtual store. To enjoy our products please order through our website.

Do you guarantee that my chocolates will be delivered in excellent condition?

Our shipping system monitors the temperatures where your package is being delivered to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, no matter the weather. If for any reason your chocolates are not delivered in perfect condition, we will replace your order immediately.

Can I return the chocolates?

We care about client satisfaction but given the nature of the product (it’s perishable), we have a strict no refund policy which means chocolates can’t be exchanged or returned.

How can I change a product or a date in my order?

Once you have placed your order it will be saved and you will not be able to change it. However, we can make some changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our Customer Service team who will be able to make any changes for you if possible.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as wire transfers, Paypal and personal checks.

Is your online payment system safe and secure?

We assure you that our online payment system is safe and secure. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. The information you provide is automatically encrypted and cannot be read while transmitted over the net.

How do i know my order was confirmed?

Once we receive your order, you will receive an acknowledgement email regarding placement and delivery of your order. If you don’t receive this email acknowledgement, please contact us. The order acknowledgement email does not mean the order has been processed though. Your order will be accepted once your credit card payment is authorized.

Is there a chance my order won’t be fulfilled or won’t arrive on time?

At LARIBA client-satisfaction means a lot to us and we strive to fulfill all orders on to always deliver as promised. In very rare instances though, the item might not be available or a Force Majeure which is out of our control occurs which delays the delivery (and hence we are not liable). If the item is not available, then you will be informed promptly so you can select another item if you so wish.

How far in advance should I place my Wedding / Baby-shower / Party favor orders?

We recommend that you place your order about 2 to 4 weeks before the event and select a delivery date of one day prior to the event. Store the favors in a cool, dark place – 20 degrees or cooler.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes – the more you shop, the more you save.
Place an order of EGP 15,000 up to 19,999 and get a discount of 5%.
Place an order of EGP 20,000 up to 24,999 and get a discount of 6%.
Place an order of EGP 25,000 or more and get a discount of 7%.
Discounts are calculated on merchandise total, before shipping and/or tax.

What customization or personalization options are available?

May I create my own chocolates assortment?

Yes, absolutely. You do not have to use our preset assortments and can create your own personalized assortment with your favorite chocolates.

How long can I keep my chocolates and how should I store them?

We recommend that you consume your chocolates within the first three weeks after delivery to guarantee optimal taste. Your chocolates should be stored in a cool, dry place (for example, an air-conditioned room is perfect) where the temperature is between 18°-20°C (55°-70°F). Avoid storing the chocolates in the refrigerator as this can spoil their delicate flavor or alter the creamy texture of their fillings.

Do your chocolates contain alcohol or animal fat?

None of our gourmet chocolates contain alcohol or animal fat.

Are you chocolates suitable for Diabetics?

Although our chocolates contain less sugar than traditional chocolates, we cannot recommend them for a sugar-free diet.

I have a nut allergy. Do your chocolates contain nuts?

The environment in which our chocolates are made may leave traces of nuts in all of our products. Therefore, we would not recommend any of our recipes for a recipient with nut allergies.

Are your chocolates suitable for vegetarians?

Our chocolates are made with 100% pure, natural ingredients, no preservatives, no alcohol, no animal fat, and no fat other than butter and cocoa butter. We therefore consider our chocolates suitable for vegetarians.
